The training for this was inconsistent, confusing, and littered with grammatical errors, typos, and misused words. There were medical terms that were not explained, leaving me feeling very unconfident in the training. The test was ten, super easy questions that I probably could have answered without the training course, and if I couldn�t, I could easily have retaken the exam multiple times until I get the correct answers. I am very dissatisfied with this course, and I will definitely be taking an in-person course as soon as I get the chance.
