The experience was fine. Seems to lack practical experience. Some of the terminology is extremely technical and might be difficult for a layperson to understand. I had a difficult time understanding what they meant by terms such as "encircling fingers" and was also confused when they mentioned using the "index and third finger". Using the index finger and the ring finger makes no sense, so some clarification on this would be useful.
