Your instructions need to be updated. At the beginning we are told to not check the pulse as it will take too much time but later in the instructions it tells us to check the pulse. The test asked whether to call 911 before or after beginning CPR but it did not specify whether you saw the person collapse or not. Overall, I think that the test should be longer and more detailed because someone's life could depend on how well we are able to administer CPR.

Why is this indicating that I've ordered something? I did take the course and passed the test, but I've already received the confirmation of that. And btw, this is the second time I've received this same request for for a rating. I responded with an Excellent rating that time too. Please don't send me this yet a third time.
