This course is poorly written, has spelling errors, grammatical errors and has contradictory information. This course needs an overhaul.

Some of your information was incorrect, you did not correctly or fully explain how to do the Heimlich (ie: you say to thrust, but not to thrust upward and inward, as simply thrusting assumes thrusting inward, which would make the patient throw up), you switched between using the word "patient" and "victim" when talking about the person you're rescuing, there were many spelling errors, your information on how to treat a burn is incorrect (you should place the burned area in RUNNING water, not "into water"), and whoever edited your information did not understand how to use a comma. You could get sued for how much safety information is missing and incorrect. I had to check 4 websites to ensure I learned this information correctly. Also, your site does not say to "hold patient's head while they have a seizure" to minimize risk for serious injury and concussions, nor does your site say that choking on your tongue while having a seizure can occur and must be watched for. I will be telling the group I work for to never have future employees take your course, because of how erroneous it is. I'm appalled.
