To preface, I am a wilderness first responder and am taking this as part of my current organization. Otherwise I am a WFR certified through NOLS WMI for the better part of the last decade. While information is logically laid out and presented in a smooth order, some of the terms used, oddly specific orders, and the way test questions are phrased can be misleading between technical terminology and layman's terms. As a medical provider in the middle this can be really frustrating to see or deal with. In addition, images and videos are few and far between - which can be really helpful for many, especially when NCPRF touts being on the latest in techniques and information. Online only training without practicals were not AHA accepted, but with the pandemic, ya'll could've at least made an effort to teach folks something. Also, the test is a joke- Hey, I may not like multiple choice questions, but when there's only ten on that much content, what recall are you actually measuring? It's just a hoop to jump through. In addition, several of my colleagues struggled with getting the group links to work appropriately, creating a big headache for our training organizer, so there's something up with the web design here too.

Great summaries and delivery. There was one question on the exam about when to call activate EMS for an adolescent/adult. The question fails to detail if we saw the collapse or not. It seemed like either - before giving CPR, or - after giving CPR for 2- minutes can both be correct answers depending on the circumstances. Thank you for the refresher!

The text suffers from a variety of grammatical and usage issues, some of which lead to ambiguity. I would be happy to help revise the course text.

Overall it was very good, but there were some issues. There were a number of grammar and spelling issues, but the most important thing was in one section it discussed using an AED in infants (place on the back and chest and don't let the pads touch) and in another section it said to Never use an AED in an infant. Also in some places it seemed too aggressive in the recommendations - like taking someone with a bruise for two weeks to the hospital - I think an appointment would be more appropriate.
