I have taken CPR/First aid for almost 30 years and have also been an instructor for 14 years, so a test like this is perfect for someone like me. However, I would not recommend a person who is unfamiliar to take it this way and expect to know/remember what to do in a real world situation or who work with children, elderly or the like. Even with hands-on practice and a thorough exam, they still don't do well, feel uncomfortable administering it and often forget what to do. Often they are dealing with multiple symptoms etc. Hopefully, they will remember to call 911 and will be in a place where help will arrive quickly. And they are certified for 2 years!? Having hands on training is 10 times better and more helpful to both rescuer and especially victims.
