5. Ricotta Cheese

Not only is ricotta cheese great for protein but it also has the most calcium out of any other type of dairy product. It should be a regular component in your refrigerator as it can be used as a topping or when mixed with fruits, an entire meal. With 14g of protein in half a cup, ricotta cheese is a great addition to your diet.
